Hi, I’m Esther and thanks for visiting!
I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, mom, career pr professional and a born and bred NYer. I was inspired to pursue the path of health coaching because through the past several years I’ve learned so much about what us humans need to be wholly nourished and at our best health. And make no mistake, I am still learning! I feel more in-tuned with my body and empowered to take control of my life and health than I’ve ever been thanks to feeding by body clean nutritious foods, exercise, self-care, filling my cup spiritually and creatively. And as a health coach I’m here to guide and help people discover these tools and equip them to live their healthiest and happiest lives.
The journey to where I am today, all started with food. As I became a mom and desired to feed my babies the good stuff, I learned to cook. I was focused on nutritious, healthy and delicious foods – after all I am a foodie (aren’t we all~!?) and was soon spending every spare minute I had engrossed in food blogs, wellness articles, health podcasts, cookbooks of all kinds. ALL of IT. So through various life situations which I’ll save for another time, I found myself enrolling into a health coach certification program. Which brings me here, to you reading this about page.
What I discovered through this whole journey was that it all starts with real, whole food, but health does NOT end there. Finding balance, managing stress, fulfillment in your career and relationships can be far more nourishing to us than any green smoothie can. Of course it all works together and this is what fascinates me the most.
So I created this website and became a health coach for you to be empowered to take control of your own health and really learn to listen to your body and make the best choices for YOU, not what some diet says or even a health professional might tell you. All of us have unique needs and I love helping people explore that and have breakthroughs to reaching their personal health goals.
About my approach and training
Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
